alleymon Is it summer already? No, just 80+ degrees in early February. Happy Birthday Kevin! We have a bunch of other birthdays this month in our family. Kevin, Keith, Hanna, Joan, Aric and Joel all were born in February. It’s a big month for us. We’re having a birthday party for all the local people next weekend at Kevin and Sara’s house, 3 of the birthdays are theirs.
We’ve also got Valentines Day coming up so everyone go out and get their loved one at least a card, maybe some flowers or a nice dinner out.
The kids are finally back into the swing of school and the normal homework battles are back. Bailey was out a couple of days with an ear infection. He’s also losing a couple of teeth so he’s been miserable. He’s on antibiotics and his latest tooth fell out at school yesterday. It was hanging on by a thread in the morning so we knew it wouldn’t be long.
I’m on vacation this week, though I’m still keeping up on email from work (Just not answering most). I know what you’re thinking, but if I don’t at least look at it I’ll have big surprises when I get back. This way I can go through it and not stress about what might be waiting for me next weeek.
I’m trying my best to relax, but get something done each day. Today I’ll do some gardening while it’s warm. Maybe wash the cars too.
